We offer a free consultation and survey of your property provided with a written quotation of pricing upon request. We only work for as long as required, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time, however we require a 2 hour minimum for service and repairs. We employ a “fix as we go” (within reason!) standard to ensure that our clients are getting the most out of their inspections. If we are able to fix an issue during our inspection, we will. Our goal is to relieve our client of being charged twice for an additional repair visit.
